Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire
Description: This role will be responsible for developing and managing the proposal process from start through presentation by coordinating and creating layouts, SOQs, proposals, presentations and collateral. This role will also manage a small team.
Position Requires: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or journalism is strongly preferred. Candidates should have 5+ years of design experience within a marketing, digital media or branding department and 3+ years experience in project management with a creative team. Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Acrobat) and both Microsoft and Mac systems.
