Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Description: Small Riverside company (near 91/215/60 interchange) is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee several small teams (production, inventory and quality control).
Position Requires: High school diploma required; Bachelor Degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience overseeing small teams in a Manufacturing environment and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principals. Must be detailed-oriented, have excellent communication skills in all areas, be able multi-task and prioritize. Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills required.
