Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Description: Riverside company (close to 60/215 Interchange) seeking an individual to oversee site-level HR functions and to represent and act as a recruiter for the organization at community events.  Please note this is a unique opportunity with exposure to human resources combined with non-profit recruitment.

Position Requires:  BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years of HR experience including payroll processing, employee relations and compliance.  Strong knowledge of CA labor laws, ADA requirements and HR best practices.  Must be detailed-oriented, have excellent communication skills in all areas, be able multi-task and prioritize. Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills required.  Selected candidate must be comfortable working with individuals with disabilities.  Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.  SHRM certification highly desired.
