Customer Service Representative

Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Description: Riverside company (close to 60/215 Interchange) seeking an individual to provide top-notch service to company’s wholesale clients.  Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, educate customers on project features and  functionalities or new product, communicating with vendors, engineering/quality and production teams as needed, and other tasks relevant to the role.

Position Requires: High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required and a minimum of 5+ years in customer service, 2 of which in sales or sales support.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic math.  Project management experience and strong knowledge of lean manufacturing is also preferred.  Must be detailed-oriented, have excellent communication skills in all areas, be able multi-task and prioritize. Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills required.  Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
