Description: Riverside company is seeking an experience Controller to join their team. Position will be responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. The Controller will lead all day-to-day finance operations of the budget, accounting, payroll, and distribution of grants, and assist with human resources. The controller will ensure that the financial systems and procedures are in place to support effective program implementation and conduct clean audits.
Position Requires: Five year’s experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger with an understanding of departmental or fund accounting. Five year’s experience with all phases of computer accounting. Experience in financial management accounting. Experience in a not-for-profit setting preferred. Experience in grant-making process preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
