Position Type: Full – time, direct-hire
Description: We are currently recruiting for a Controller with knowledge and experience in the following areas: budgeting, cost control, automated financial and accounting reporting systems, knowledge of federal and state financial regulations, ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. This position will also be responsible for producing feasibility reports for upcoming projects.
Positions Require: Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as an accounting manager or controller for a home developer and extensive accounting knowledge. Duties include but not limited too the following: handle all the analysis, financial reports and month-end journal entries. Will set-up fixed assets for depreciation, review financial statements, and check AP for coding accuracy and AR for past due accounts. Will balance general ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, handle month end closing, and be able to prepare annual fiscal budgets. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinker, ready to bring a fresh perspective to the table.
