| Temporary:
Temporary assignments are
typically short –term in length, ranging from one day to several
weeks. While on a temporary assignment, you may be covering for a
sick employee, a scheduled vacation or assisting with a special
project. As a temporary employee, you become the “solution” to what
could have been a “problem” for a client. Your timeliness, good
attitude and willingness to report to a company at a moment’s notice
will be valued and appreciated!
Temp to Hire:
Hundreds of companies
throughout the Inland Empire rely on Riverside Personnel to help
them find talented employees to fill positions within their
organization. The only difference between Temp to Hire and Direct
Hire is that you are an employee of Riverside Personnel for the
first 3 months of your employment. This time period should be
treated with the same importance as a Direct Hire. Upon completion
of the 3 month period, you are eligible to convert to our client’s
payroll, ending your employment with Riverside Personnel.
Direct Hire:
Many of our clients prefer to
use Riverside Personnel as a resource for recruiting top talent to
fill their positions. During the Direct Hire process we will
coordinate an interview with our client on your behalf and represent
you all the way through accepting an offer. Upon accepting a Direct
Hire offer, you become our client’s employee and your file with
Riverside Personnel will be closed. |
