We are Riverside Personnel Services, Inc., Riverside's largest and oldest privately owned staffing service.  We are celebrating our 30th year of business and would like to expand our staff.

Administrative/Accounting Assistant #103-0038
 
  Position Type: Full-time – Career hours!
  Description: The Administrative/Accounting Assistant duties will include 60% Administrative and 40% Accounting functions.  We would love some accounting experience, however, if you are good with numbers and computers we are willing to train.   Approximately 15 hours a week will be spent assisting in the office by preparing newsletters, backing up the front desk, and other general office duties as needed.
  Skills Required: Excellent communication skills required.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word.  Previous employment must have been stable and in a very busy office setting.  We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic.  If you have a great attitude, like to have fun, LOVE Riverside, but hate office politics then this is the position for you!
  Salary: From $15.00 per hour and up depending on experience, monthly bonus (profit sharing) after 3 months

Personnel Consultant #103-0039
 

 

Position Type: Full-time – Career hours!
  Description: Will be interviewing and placing higher-level individuals with Inland Empire’s top firms. The sourcing of these candidates will come through our existing database, advertising, e-recruiting, business contacts, direct recruiting, and relationship building. You will be working with existing clients and be responsible for developing new clients. You will become an extension of your clients' human resources department because of your in-depth knowledge of their staffing needs.
  Skills Required:  Must have a college degree, and a few years of stable work experience.  Must be computer literate and be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
  Salary: To $35,000 per year depending on experience, monthly bonus (profit sharing) after 3 months

Staffing Supervisor #103-0040
 

 

Position Type: Full-time – Career hours!
  Description:  Will facilitate recruitment and placement of qualified candidates for full-time positions as well as the recruitment, retention and motivation of temporary employees.  Coordinating and scheduling the timely filling of work orders with qualified temporary personnel.  Marketing to existing clients and  the development of new clients. 
  Skills Required: Must be looking for a career!  Industry experience preferred.  Will consider order desk/inside sales experience.  Must be computer literate.  We require excellent references and a stable work history.
  Salary: From $30,000 annually depending on experience, monthly bonus (profit sharing) after 3 months

Front Office Manager #103-0041
 
  Position Type: Full-time – Career hours!
  Description: Will answer and route incoming phone calls as well as manage walk-ins, Internet, fax and mail inquiries coming into our office.  You will also administer our testing center.  We are a very busy office so you will NEVER be bored. 
  Skills Required: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Must enjoy extensive customer contact.  We also require a stable work history and good references.  If you love working with the public and have the office skills required, then we are interested in speaking with you.
  Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience, monthly bonus (profit sharing) after 3 months

Part-Time Technical Recruiter #103-0042
 
   Position Type: Part-time, Flexible Hours. 
  Description: Will act as a recruiter to develop our supply of applicants with technical skills.  Will also work on building relationships with client companies with technical openings.
  Skills Required:  Must have recruiting experience in the technical field.  We require excellent references and a stable work history.
  Salary: Depends on experience.

Part-Time Interviewer #103-0043
 
  Position Type: Part-time, Flexible Hours.
  Description: Will act as an interviewer to help us interview, screen, and place applicants for temporary and full-time positions. 
  Skills Required: Must have extensive interviewing experience in a busy human resources office.  We require excellent references, stable work history, and computer literacy.
  Salary: Depends on experience.

Part-Time Sales Representative #103-0044
 
  Position Type: Part-time, Flexible Hours.
  Description: Will help develop new clients in the Inland Empire.
  Skills Required: Must have industry experience and excellent contacts in Riverside and throughout the Inland Empire.
  Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience, profit sharing paid monthly after 3 months.

Encore Receptionist #103-0045
 
  Position Type: On-call, as needed.
  Description: Our Encore program is for those that are interested in the flexibility of working for Riverside Personnel temporarily as needed.  The Encore receptionist will answer very busy phones, do data entry and handle general office functions.
  Skills Required:  Must have experience working with a busy, multi-line phone system.  We require excellent references, stable work history, and computer literacy.
  Salary: Start at $10.00 per hour and up, depending on experience

Student Intern/Human Resource Assistant #103-0046
 
  Position Type: Part-Time
  Description: The ideal candidate could work through their entire college career during summers and holidays. Flexible for changing school schedules.
  Job Requires: Must be a business major with interest in Human Resources.  Will assist with screening, reference checking, and data management. Career position possible after graduation.
  Salary: From $10.00 per hour, ability to share in some of the contests and fun activities.

Student Intern/Website and Newsletter Assistant #103-0047
 
  Position Type:  Part-Time
  Description: Will assist us in keeping our e-communications and website on the cutting edge.
  Job Requires: Must have website design experience.
  Salary: Up to $12.00 per hour to start depending on experience, opportunity to share in some of our office contests and fun activities.
